AFSA Union Leadership Summit Registration Form


This form is for the AFSA local president or their designee to register their entire contingent of leaders for the leadership summit at the Turf Valley Resort, 2700 Turf Valley Road, Ellicot City, MD 21042 (BWI Airport), July 19-22, 2026. Submit one form per local, that includes all attendees from that local. Please fill out this form and click on SUBMIT to register. Fields with a RED * are required. Space is limited; be sure to submit your registration by the deadline, June 1.


Locals are not limited to the number of participants they may send to this leadership summit.
However:

  1.    AFSA will cover the hotel accomodations for up to 2 leaders per local. Hotel accommodations beyond 2 leaders per local are the responsibility of the local (approximately $169 per person per night).

  2.    AFSA will reimburse travel expenses of up to $500.00 total per local upon submission of receipts. Expenses above $500.00 are the responsibility of the local.

  3.    Meals and training materials for all participants will be covered by AFSA at no cost to the local.

Plan to arrive (BWI Airport) on July 19 and depart on July 22.
Check in time is 4 p.m. on Sunday; dinner 5-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday Breakfast 7:00-8:00 a.m., check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
